Is The Gropers Arms accessible?

Absolutely. Even if it is the smallest pub in Devon, we can provide access via a small ramp. Its very cozy and will be a very short distance to your cottage.

Is the indoor heated pool accessible?

Our indoor pool has handrails at the shallow end of the pool, and a large communal shower and changing rooms. There is no hoist facility in the pool.

Can mobility scooters be used on site?

Yes. Mobility scooters can be used around most of the 14 acre site. There are some inclines and over the winter period, the grass areas can sometimes get water logged
