We stayed in Bow Cottage which has the advantage of a delightful view across the gardens to the animal pens and wonderful all day sun on the patio. The cottage has everything you need for self catering if desired with full sized dishwasher etc - great that there is a full supply of bin bags and dishwasher tablets (not the usual couple to get you started!) The facilities are good - esp for the younger child with good playground area. There tennis court and pool are great for the older ones. Pool is a good size and depth and there were floats etc from other guests to play with. Good to be able to sit on the patio with pool door open so not required to be in the pool all time with kids. Location is good with easy drive to lots of attractions within 20 - 30mins with lots to do and see in the area. Greta that there is free access to washing machine and tumble dryer and the on site food vans were appreciated - the pizza on arrival night is not to be missed. The goats were a real hit with my daughter who wanted to take BIlly home with her. Great time and recommend - lovely hosts who are very available if you need anything
We have just spent a wonderful week at Compton Pool Farm. We stayed in Bow cottage which has everything you need for your sty and is cleaned to a high standard. We faced out onto the grass so were able to enjoy seeing the animals across the way. Gulliver (the goat) made us laugh many times watching him get up to his antics. Each morning we went over to see the Pigs, Goats (large and small), Rabbits then on to the Small lake to see the Ducks and ducklings (if you have small children everything is fenced for safety). before we headed out for the day. The accommodation has everything you could want Paul and Debbie (the owners) are doing an amazing job with all they provide. There is a games room with lots of board games and CD's, Table tennis, pool table, TV, table football these are all free. If you want to play Air Hockey there is a charge of £2. The swimming pool is well looked after and a nice size with loungers on swimming pool patio if warm weather. The gardeners keep the gardens pristine and like all the staff working there they are very friendly. Sue and her husband sorry forgot his name were always helpful and Sue's coconut cake placed on tray when we arrived was delicious. We have already booked for 2023

Welcome treats of home made coconut cake and ice cream were lovely and tasty.
Bungalows has all you need to cook and enjoy your stay.
Grounds were kept beautifully.
