My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week staying in this cottage and greatly appreciated the lovely warm swimming pool plus the small details such as an airer and plenty of hooks. The new owners made us very welcome with fresh milk in the fridge and a tasty cake. Lovely to sit out in our own courtyard in such peaceful surroundings. In fact we liked it so much we have booked to return next year for 2 weeks in Bow cottage
We stayed in Kester cottage for a week and the kids loved it and didn't want to leave!
Clean, comfortable accommodation, beautiful setting, within a walk of a very nice pub restaurant (Bickley Mill Inn) and a national trust castle (Compton Castle). The highlight for our 2 year old was feeding the animals. For our 6 year old it was the pool. For us it was how well run and friendly it was.
We have just come back from a weeks stay in Kester Cottage and couldn't praise Compton Pool Farm enough!
From the initial communication to check out, the service was friendly, efficient and professional.
We went with our 3 year old daughter and Kester cottage had plenty of room for the three of us, it was very well furnished, comfortable, spacious and had all amenities required including a stair gate.
Our daughter loved swimming in the fantastic pool everyday and helping to feed the animals in the morning, even getting to take some eggs to have for breakfast. My husband and I also took advantage of the sauna and gym room.
There is more than plenty to do in the area, we would definitely recommend Pennywell Farm.
We highly recommend Compton Pool Farm for a fantastic break away and will definitely be returning in the future!
